User Agreement Discovery Mexico

discoverymexico.com, hereinafter referred to as Discovery Mexico offers a wide range of free services such as a tourist information, search engines, forum, contact and payment services, travel broker, travel industry advertisement and marketing. Discovery Mexico is operated by BEWXEM S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as the "Webmaster".

Discovery Mexico provides general public access to its services. Compliance with the terms and conditions of this access is important for the efficient operation of the web page; please read the Terms of Use carefully before using Discovery Mexico.
As a visitor to the Discovery Mexico web page you accept all of its terms and conditions of use.

General Use
None of the texts, images, maps, graphic elements, conceptual positioning and general organization of the Discovery Mexico web page, hereinafter referred to as the "Web Page Content", may be copied or distributed, with or without modifications, without prior written authorization from the Webmaster. Discovery Mexico offers registered users a free and easy to use internal contact service so that you can meet other web page visitors. Any postings in the contact service remain subject to the same rules as those for the forum.
You may not publish any misleading advertisement, incorrect or false statements, or articles containing inaccuracies of any type. The internal contact service may not be used to promote any service or article for commercial purposes.
The internal contact service will be monitored by Discovery Mexico and any posting that does not comply with these rules will be removed.

Private Chat
Registered users of Discovery Mexico may hold private chat sessions within the forum and contact services. All chats remain subject to the same conditions of use as the forum and contact services.

Registered Members and Users
The Discovery Mexico members service is a social network that allows other users to see your postings in the forum or contact service.
Multiple registration by the same person is not allowed. Discovery Mexico, may cancel any user account without prior warning when it considers this necessary, and is under no obligation to provide reason or justification for their action or to reinstate a cancelled account.

Registered users may deactivate their account at any time. Following a deactivation, postings will continue to appear anonymously in the forum but they will be removed from the contact service and private chat.

Reservation Service
Discovery Mexico is not a travel agency, we are a reseller offering travel products through different channels. When you purchase through us you are making a legal commitment directly with the product supplier not with Discovery Mexico. The travel product's supplier will provide you with its own terms and conditions when you make the reservation.
Products offered by selected suppliers are linked to a contact form that puts you in direct touch with the travel service or product supplier. Discovery Mexico has no control over this direct communication and may not be held liable.

Advertising with Discovery Mexico
Discovery Mexico is an ideal platform for travel service and tourism suppliers. Before contacting us about any advertising please read the following conditions carefully.
We offer three different advertising formats: a) Free web page hosting containing a specific supplier's product; b) paid link to a travel service or product supplier's home page; c) straightforward publication of announcements.

Discovery Mexico reserves the right to deny its services without incurring any liability or responsibility. Specifically, Discovery Mexico will not publish advertising from car rental agencies, long-distance service suppliers, dolphin swim suppliers, time-share advertising, any product or service it with a low client satisfaction rating, or an ecologically nonsustainable activity.

Functionality and Access
Discovery Mexico offers no guarantees of continued functionality or access to the above-mentioned services. Given the Internet's inherent limitations, the site may be subject to problems that could temporarily affect access to the site or the transfer of information.

Liability
Discovery Mexico or its owners may not be held liable for any damage or injury that could result from the use of the above-mentioned services as long as such damage or injury is not caused by careless negligence or violation of the law by Discovery Mexico.
