Ceiba del Mar Spa Resort, Puerto Morelos

The hotel is ideally situated on a long sandy beach close to the sleepy village of Puerto Morelos, considered the gateway to the Riviera Maya.

The 125 deluxe category rooms are housed in low three-story buildings spread out among the gardens. Each one is decorated in a contemporary Mexican style and features a balcony, king-size bed or two doubles, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, CD/DVD combo, telephone, data port, voicemail, clock radio, minibar, safe, daily newspaper and slippers. They also feature full bathrooms with a telephone shower. Subject to availability the hotel can also provide rooms with handicap accessories, connecting and non-smoking rooms as well as extra beds.

The Ceiba del Mar and Spa has a variety of services and facilities that include two restaurants, two bars and room service. It offers tennis courts, jogging track, 2 swimming pools and easy access to professional golf courses in nearby Cancun or Playacar. Guests will enjoy a variety of water activities such as deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling available from the hotel´s Sports and Dive Center. Hotel guests have access to windsurfers, kayaks and bicycles in which to have fun exploring the surrounding area. The beach is equipped with comfortable loungers and parasols. A European spa with Jacuzzi facing the ocean offers many treatments including hydrotherapy, reflexology, aromatherapy and shiatsu massages.
Inside the hotel you'll find car rental service, a convenience store, excursion center, currency exchange and a bookstore. Facilities include banquet space for up to 100 people, audiovisual equipment rental, concierge service, wedding coordinator and laundry.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at both the hotel's restaurants. The Xtabay offers Mexican specialties and international cuisine in a refined atmosphere; and the Arrecife Grill located right on the beach serves excellent light meals, cocktails and drinks all day long in a casual laid-back ambiance.
