Azul Beach Hotel, Puerto Morelos

The Azul Beach Hotel is situated on Petempich Bay on the Riviera Maya, five minutes from the Puerto Morelos village square and 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen or Cancun.
Traveling time to the airport is less than 20 minutes.

Their Superior type rooms all feature a balcony, and are equipped with a king-size bed or 2 doubles, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD, clock radio, telephone, coffeemaker, ironing facilities, safe, slippers, bathrobes and hairdryer. Non-smoking, and connecting rooms as well as extra beds and cribs are subject to availability.

This resort features 3 restaurants and 2 bars, gift shop, travel agency and car rental. They have a Kids Club with its own swimming pool for children. Their beach is equipped with loungers parasols and hammocks; they also have three swimming pools, a gym and Jacuzzi. There are facilities for the handicapped. Other services include a concierge, wedding coordinator, babysitters, massages, business center, currency exchange, laundry, room service and transportation to Cancun and Playa del Carmen.
Azul Beach Hotel guests have a choice of participating in organized volleyball and soccer games, water aerobics, snorkeling, or taking out a kayak, sailboat or windsurf. The hotel´s dive center offers a free introductory scuba class, as well as diving and fishing charters. There is an 18-hole Von Hagge Associates designed golf course in Playacar about 20 minutes from the hotel.

Featured restaurants are the Blue open from 7 AM until 9:30 PM serving international and Mexican dishes a la carte and a buffet for children. The Caribbean Cafe La Mancha serves delicious snacks and desserts all day long, while the Tainan Restaurant features Taiwanese and other oriental specialties for dinner.

The all-inclusive plan provides meals, all drinks and alcoholic beverages from a selected menu; access to the Kids Club, nonmotorized water sports, organized sports and recreational activities, use of gym; evening in-house entertainment. All taxes and tips included.
