In 1540 was founded in Puebla the Hacienda and Wheat mill "El Batan"; the land where today lays the Hacienda del Molino was part of a lavish garden belonging to it. Within the gardens of the wheat mill after a working day lovers gathered around a fountain which is located on the stairways of the hotel and can be nowadays admired from the restaurant. Hacienda del Molino is a place full of tradition where each corner evokes the past.
When it was built it had 6 bedrooms and a dining room which is nowadays the restaurant. The garden was so ample that room wings had been raised on each side respecting the forest where more than 150-year-old trees exist softly whispering us romantic stories silent witnesses of a marvelous cultural heritage.

Hacienda del Molino Hotel overlooks the beautiful volcanoes Ixtaccihuatl and Popocatpetl and it is at 15 minutes from the Historic Center. The airport is located at 30 minutes from the hotel.
