Hotel Banana, Playa del Carmen

The hotel's front door opens right Fifth Avenue in the middle of Playa del Carmen's tourist district, and it is only a 3 min. walk to one of the world's most spectacular ocean beaches.
Traveling time to Cancun international is 30 minutes and to the ancient Mayan walled city of Tulum is 45 minutes.

The Fiesta Banana hotel offers 23 spaces rooms decorated in typical Mexican style. Most have a balcony or terrace, they are equipped with a king-size bed or two doubles, A/C, ceiling fan, and safe. Nonsmoking rooms, cribs and extra beds are available on request.

The Fiesta Banana has its own swimming pool and there are two beach clubs nearby: the Toucan Beach and the Culture Club offering music, thatched parasols, loungers, bar-restaurant, excursion center and a play area for children.

The street in front of the hotel is Fifth Avenue with its many restaurants and night clubs offering food and entertainment from around the world as well as travel agencies, currency exchange, medical service and laundromats.
