CondoHotel El Patio is a colonial-style hotel decorated with handcrafted furnishings made of talavera and wrought iron. It features comfortable and spacious one and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenette and dining area. With its location on Playa del Carmen s main avenue just two blocks from the beautiful beaches you will be in the center of all the city s activity and a few steps away from full relaxation under the sun.

The El Patio is situated in Playa del Carmen close to many of the town's trendy restaurants and nightclub district.
It's location on the Riviera Mayan is about 40 minutes from the Cancun airport, 10 min. from Xcaret Park and about one hour from the Mayan city of Tulum.

The one bedroom apartments are tastefully decorated in Mexican style using handmade wooden furniture. They feature their own balcony, living room, eating area, kitchenette, bedroom with king-size bed, sofa bed, A/C, ceiling fan, refrigerator, blender and safe. Extra beds and cribs are subject to availability.

The hotel has a gift shop, car rental, and can arrange for transportation service, massages and babysitting. Guests will enjoy El Patio's beach club with its comfortable loungers and cool parasols.

Eating and entertainment are easily available. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with a variety of ethnic and Mexican restaurants, bars, nightclubs and interesting shops.
