Isla Holbox Hotels
Located only 7 miles north of the top tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, Isla Holbox is a 7 mile long and 1 mile wide island and a very well kept secret that faces the placid waters of the warm Gulf of Mexico. Most people choose either to fish, eat fish or do nothing while being in Holbox. Local restaurants offer fresh seafood in a variety of ways. From May to September the visit of Whale Sharks allows incomparable tours to swim with these harmless creatures.
