This wonderful environmentaly friendly hotel is located on the gorgeous island of Holbox. It is considered in a special category property because it is not oriented to huge amounts of guests but to special travelers looking for customized warm service and to those who are fond of details in every aspect of their lives.
Xaloc Resort was carefully designed and built taking care of each specific aspect to procure harmony between the natural surroundings and the hotel. Our cabanas have cone-shaped palm-leaf roofs and walls constructed using ancient Maya techniques.
To complete this comfortable and unique setting we have included rustic wooden furniture. The mixture of all these ingredients lets us provide an optimal balance beteen comfort and care for nature.

Located in the beautiful Holbox Island, Xaloc Resort is surrounded by nature within a typical fishing village and white sandy beaches that run into mangroves. Cancun International Airport is at 2 and a half hour distance.

Xaloc Resort Hotel offers 18 rooms distributed in 2 groups of 9 bungalows built around the swimming pool. Guestrooms feature a king-size bed or 2 double beds, covered by a big mosquito canopy, ceiling ventilator and a spacey bathroom with two sinks and shower. In the Superior rooms you will find a coffee machine, hair dryer, and a terrace couch in their porches. Children are not booked in these rooms.

Xaloc Resort offers 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, a reading or games room, a small arts craft shop, and a beach bar. The hotel features revitalizing massages, excursions within and around the island, fishing tours, snorkeling, kayaking, and kite surfing.
