Hacienda Real Hotel features 106 guestrooms including 64 double rooms, 29 king guestrooms, 11 suites, 1 presidential suite, and 1 room for handicapped guests. Guestrooms feature queen size bed, two lamps at each side of the bed, chest with drawers, bathroom with shower, area for visitors, and a sofa. Rooms are decorated in traditional style featuring pictures on the walls.

Facilities at Hacienda Real include swimming pool, V.I.P. room at the executive floor, private room, 450 person conventions center, gift shop, tobacco shop, travel agency, car rental, gym, laundry, beauty parlor, parking lot, and medical service.

"Los Vitrales" Restaurant is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. "Puerto Real" video bar presents live music from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am.
