Chicanna Ecovillage Resort is an ecological hotel with a rustic structure nestled in the jungle with the comforts of a city hotel. The rooms are distributed into one or two-level cabins and their construction resembles the one of the ancient Mayan houses. Chicanna Ecovillage Resort is located to the southeast part of the state of Campeche, between the cities of Escarcega in Campeche and Chetumal in Quintana Roo. It is 8 km from Xpujil and very close to the archaeological zone of Chicanna.
The Chetumal International Airport is only 1 hour and a half away.

The 42 rooms of the Chicanna Ecovillage Resort are distributed in bungalows of 1 or 2 levels. They are completely rustic and in Mayan style decoration. The feature very good natural ventilation, therefore, air conditioning is not necessary. Rooms include 1 king size bed or 2 double beds or 3 single beds, balcony, bathroom amenities, ceiling fan, hammocks, shower, and wake up calls service.
