Merida North Area, Yucatan
Merida North Area is located near to the Alcala Martín, Itzimna and Garcia Gineres neighborhoods, whose residences comes from the first half of the twentieth century, there were the houses of those who liked to leave the city in the holiday season and go to their summer house for rest, today some of these buildings still looking spectacular, also there are many Ex-haciendas as Umpich, Xcanatun, Sodzil Cucul and San Antonio already into the "urban sprawl".

The North Area of the city of Merida has had a very high growth, as it has become an area of high added value, increasingly becoming a safer and exclusive place.
