Le Bistro serves from breakfast to dinner. Their salads, omelets and crepes are famous in all Puerto Vallarta. Don't miss Chef's special Lox (Canadian salmon) and Bagel. It is more than delicious. They also have many vegetarian dishes including charcoal grilled-aioli platter and their celestial seafood pasta.
The decoration in marble, silver chandeliers, statues. and iron furniture offer a unique atmosphere combined with the best collection of Jazz. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast with live piano.

Conveniently located on Cuale River Island in the center of Puerto Vallarta old town, Le Bistro offers an open air terrace covered with flowers and the soft sound of the water flowing. You can easily get to the island by walking in downtown; or from Marina Vallarta and Vallarta hotel zone simply ask a taxi to drive you there. It is a very short ride.

It is recommended to reserve especially for dinner. Take a moment to enjoy the colonial Old Vallarta around the restaurant taking a stroll around the houses and shops.
