Locates in the east side of the city, near to the highway to the city of Puebla, the Mexico City International Airport represents the transit point of most tourist who decided to visit Mexico, as well as millions of Mexicans travelling within their country.

The Mexico's and Latin America's busiest airport offers, among its facilities, short and long-term parking in four car parks, close to the terminal building and with capacity for almost five thousand vehicles. Besides, major car hires companies are available.

The metro or collective transport system has a terminal there and it belongs to the line 5 of the system.

Several buslines offer their service to connect Mexico City with the capital cities of the surrounding states. Thus, direct trip tickets can be bought to the following cities: Puebla, Pachuca, Toluca, Queretaro, and Cuernavaca.

Prepaid taxis are recommended to reach different bus terminals from which it is possible to travel to any city in the country.

There are information desks in Domestic Arrivals lounge A and at the International counters in lounge F, in front of gates 19 and 29B. There is a tourist information office in lounge B, which provides information on Mexico City and can help arrange accommodation. Moreover, inside the airport, a prestigious hotel is located and two more are adjacent to the building, which is an advantage for the business traveler.

There are several banks and a post office at the airport. ATM are in service 24/7. A variety of restaurants offer their service such as fast-food outlets, bars, and cafeterias as well as a wide range of shops, including duty-free. 24-hour medical assistance and pharmacies are available.
