Pacific Coast Los Cabos, Los Cabos

Home > Guide > Los Cabos > Cities > Pacific Coast Los Cabos

At the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur and a few miles outside of Cabo San Lucas towards the town known as Todos Santos, the zone called Pacific Coast Los Cabos is a stretch of coastline surrounded by the magnificent nature that this heavenly place features.

The landscape found here has no parallel. Vast deserts, abundant sealife, golden beaches, and the blue waters of the Sea of Cortes and the Pacific Ocean constitute the beauty of Pacific Coast Los Cabos, where it is possible to find accommodations for every budget.

Pacific Coast Los Cabos starts about 20 minutes driving from Cabo San Lucas northbound on highway 19. The first community to be found is called Migriño. Once the bridge of the same name is reached, miles of beaches can be appreciated in both directions. During the correspondent season, this is an excellent spot to admire whales since they come pretty close to the shores.

After travelling about half an hour and enjoying both views, the sea on the one hand, and the desert on the other, the next community is named Elias Calles, which is thought to be a luxury resort destination in a few years. Meanwhile, is a town with some hundreds of people and no electricity.

Going on further north about 15 minutes and after passing a hill, wonderful Los Cerritos Bay appears with its 7 mile long beach. It is a community divided into 2000 lots for sale. While being under construction and looking forward to turn into a major destination with first class hotels and extensive land properties, nowadays, this pretty virgin place, offers a beach club where to spend excellent moments surrounded by natural beauty.

Next to Los Cerritos is the fishermen village called El Pescadero. There is a gas station which is the first after Cabo San Lucas. Finally, about 5 miles north of El Pescadero is the beautiful town of Todos Santos.

Activities at Pacific Coast Los Cabos range from water sports and world-class sport fishing to beautiful golf courses, amazing desert, and wildlife tours. In addition, vacationing in Pacific Coast Los Cabos represents the opportunity for sightseeing excursions, horseback riding, or just hanging out enjoying the many fun activities and the relaxation facilities that several fine hotels offer here.
