Casa Xtacay is in Playacar, a subdivision of Playa del Carmen, which is located 45 minutes south from Cancun International Airport. At a very short distance, shopping and entertainment options are available on Playa del Carmen Fifth Avenue.

Casa Xtacay features 4 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs with their own bathroom each. Altogether, bedrooms are equipped with 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin beds. Master bedroom is upstairs and features an amazing jacuzzi made of dark stone.

In the upper level is a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a dining room that communicates to a large, covered terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful views.

Downstairs are an office area, a living area, and half a kitchen including a wooden counter, a sink, and a refrigerator. The house counts with air conditioning system and ceiling fans. The living room downstairs features a bar, a refrigerator, satellite television, and DVD / CD player.

Casa Xtacay has 2 nice terraces. From the living room you can access the backyard where two wonderful swimming pools lie. They are connected by a beautiful water fall. Chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a charcoal BBQ grill are provided so you can spend great moments with friends or family. Green areas and palm trees decorate the villa outdoors sections.

Casa Xtacay staff includes a gardener. A cook can be provided on request. Maid service is provided 6 times a week, along with bed linens and towels. Off the street parking place is available.
