Casa Mar y Sol is in Playacar, a subdivision of Playa del Carmen, which is 45 minutes south from Cancun International Airport. This rental villa is a few steps away from the beach and from Playa del Carmen shopping and entertainment area. Three bedrooms downstairs have twin beds which can be turned into king size beds. The master bedroom upstairs has an astonishing oceanview. Rooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in the villa. Each bedroom has its own private complete bathroom.
The villa features dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 wooden living areas, one of which is enormous and has glass sliding doors to access the swimming pool. Around the swimming pool or in the covered backyard you will find several beach chairs thought for relax and sun bathing, either here or on the rooftop terrace. A BBQ grill is available. Laundry facilities are in a separate area and a boiler regulates the water temperature. Maid service is 6 days a week and it includes linens and towels. Phone for free local calls and Internet access are available. Off the street parking place and safety box for your valuables are provided. | |
