Le Marlin Bleu is proud to offer its house specials which include exquisite dishes, such as Beef Skirt Tacos or Cheese "Quesadillas". However, you really ought to try Schrimp "Tacos", which are very lightly fried shrimps in a hand made flour tortilla; they are served with tartar sauce, avocado and tomato slices. Sauces are also made here at the restaurant, they are green, red, and smoky black "chile de arbol". Don't miss them. Fish and chicken breast tacos with all the same trimmings are now available, too.
Le Marlin Bleu also offers fresh salads, like Green Salad, which is crisp green salad with avocado and tomato slices or potatos with onion with vinaigrette of the house. Le Marlin Bleu cooks "Enchiladas" with green or red salsa, cheese, beans or chicken. They come with onion, avocado, and sour cream.
Among the main dishes, you should try the very Parisian warm sandwich named Croque Monsieur or the Argentinian Beef Skirt, which is grilled with butter. Fish is also a great choice. Le Marlin Bleu offers Grouper, Hogfish, Red Snaper, or Snook Fillets cooked Meuniere, or with Garlic Butter, Beurre Blanc, or House Style "Salsa". Seafood like Giant Shrimps and Lobster Tails cooked in Garlic Butter, White Wine, and Mushroom, or House Style "Salsa" should be tried. The menu is complete with a great variety of desserts that include French "Crepes".

Le Marlin Bleu is in Puerto Morelos on an ideal location, right in front of the town central square. This town is located on a peaceful beach between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. It is only 22 miles or 35 km. south of Cancun International Airport and 20 miles or 32 km. north of Playa del Carmen. Puerto Morelos is considered a natural front door to the Riviera Maya.
