Paloma Bonita has an hacienda style facade with belfry and quarry fountain. Inside there is a main bar made out of wood, quarry and tile. The restaurant features three sections representing three States of Mexico:
Michoacan:
Central area of the restaurant. Decorated in the colorful style of the town of Patzcuaro. Even table linens come from there.
Oaxaca patio:
The lower part of the restaurant is actually four Oaxacan style patios with a central fountain. It has an excellent sea view, ideal for a romantic dinner.
Cantina Jalisco:
Livened up in the style of good old Jalisco, with elements of the typical kitchen like pots, big spoons and mortars. The tequila menu features 70 different brands.
Food is prepared according to traditional recipes in order to satisfy the most discerning palate. Located at the entrance of Dreams Hotel in the heart of the Hotel Zone,.
