Capt. Charlie's rises on poles over the beautiful waters of Nichupte lagoon. Its nautical decor sets the ideal ambiance in which you can enjoy delicious seafood and great Angus Beef steaks with a matchless view of Cancun. Worth mentioning is their home made bakery with bread in varieties like pomodoro, parmigiano, bran, pepper, garlic, onion, coriander, jalapeno, bacon, cheese, and basil. Their dessert menu is overwhelming: amaretto, moka and chocolate cakes, thousand leaves pie, brownies with cheese filling, tiramisu, creme brulee, pears in red wine and butter... just to mention some. Capt. Charlie's is located on Kukulcan Blvd. Kilometer 5.5, at the beginning of the Hotel Zone on the Nichupte lagoon side. There is a bus stop right next to it. Riu Caribe Hotel and the monumental Mexican flag are across the street. Capt. Charlie's opens from the 12:00 to 24:00 every day. The atmosphere is casual and there is valet parking.
