Wildlife Park Crococun, Riviera Maya

Crococun is a great attraction park near Puerto Morelos on Riviera Maya, featuring a crocodile farm and many other animals from the area such as deer, monkeys, wildcats, turtles and many more species.

Located 30 minutes south of Cancun, near the city of Puerto Morelos, Crococun can be found along the Cancun – Tulum Highway. From Cancun or any place in the Riviera Maya, the best option is to rent a car and drive along the coast to reach the park. A taxi from any hotel will be expensive.

The main attraction is the more than 300 swamp crocodiles living in the park, without doubt. The tour will take you along a path in the dense jungle of the Riviera Maya, where you will be able to watch the animals in their pens. We suggest you to use the multilingual guides at the entrance of the park to lead you through the area. They have a huge knowledge of all the animals and plants.
The other species you will discover include deer, sea turtles, snakes, wildcats, coati, peccaries, wild hairless Mayan dogs, and lizards. Crococun park also has a restaurant and a souvenir shop.

The park is open from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM all year round. It is an ideal place to enjoy a great day in family and discover the many species of animals living in the Riviera Maya.
