Their Superior type rooms all feature a balcony, and are equipped with a king-size bed or 2 doubles, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD, clock radio, telephone, coffeemaker, ironing facilities, safe, slippers, bathrobes and hairdryer. Non-smoking, and connecting rooms as well as extra beds and cribs are subject to availability.

This resort features 3 restaurants and 2 bars, gift shop, travel agency and car rental. They have a Kids Club with its own swimming pool for children. Their beach is equipped with loungers parasols and hammocks; they also have three swimming pools, a gym and Jacuzzi. There are facilities for the handicapped. Other services include a concierge, wedding coordinator, babysitters, massages, business center, currency exchange, laundry, room service and transportation to Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

The Caribbean Cafe La Mancha serves delicious snacks and desserts all day long, while the Tainan Restaurant features Taiwanese and other oriental specialties for dinner.
