Our hotel is located centrally in Playa del Carmen, just a short walk from our sister resort Gran Porto Real and about a 5 minute walk from the vibrant 5th Avenue, which concentrates handicraft shops, all kind of restaurants and bars and some very exciting night life centers.

Playa del Carmen is located about 25 minutes drive South of International Airport Cancun.

Our hotel is a mid-sized hotel and features 142 rooms either as Standard Rooms and One bedroom Master suite. All our comfortable guestrooms feature air-conditioning, balcony, shower, color television, and are decorated in a modern, practical style with a Mexican touch. Our rooms are spacious and include a sitting area with sofa bed and a private bath with shower.

Our hotel features a lovely maintained pool area, the optimal place for you and your children to pass a relaxing afternoon, sunbathing and playing in and around the pools. Looking for the white sandy Caribbean beach? You may walk down the short way to the beach club or use our free shuttle transportation. Active guests practice a variety of water sports at our beach club or use our tennis courts.

Real Playa del Carmen features two restaurants. Albatros restaurant offers you delicious buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner and opens from 7 am to 10 pm. Marias’s Restaurant services fine traditional Mexican dinners a la carte from 7 pm to 10 pm (reservation required).

All-inclusive package includes your accommodation, unlimited food and domestic drinks in our restaurants and bars, beach activities and non-motorized equipment at our beach club, daily evening entertainment in our restaurant during dinner buffet and shuttle transportation to the beach club.
