The Blue Bay Club Cancun is located at Punta Sam, on the north coast of Cancun just a few minutes from downtown, about 20 minutes by taxi from the hotel zone and within walking distance to the express ferries for Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juarez. The hotel offers free shuttle service to its sister resort located in the hotel zone.
Getting to the hotel from the airport takes about 45 minutes.

Each of the Blue bay Club´s 220 rooms has a balcony and comes equipped with a king-size or 2 double beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone, room safe, coffeemaker, bathtub and shower. The Blue Bay Club Cancun offers a wide range of sports facilities that includes 2 swimming pools, a gym, tennis and basketball courts. Guests can take out small sailboats or kayaks from the marina where they can also purchase PADI/NAUI certified scuba tours or rent jet skis and other motorized water sports equipment.
